Signal Hill Petroleum Celebrated Corporate Sponsor

Signal Hill, California (January 27^th, 2021) – Signal Hill Petroleum, Inc. (SHP) a privately-owned energy company, has been honored as the 2020 Celebrated Corporate Sponsor of the Year by the City of Signal Hill. This award is given to a local business that has gone above and beyond to show their support for all the City’s events, programs, and activities throughout the year.

The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way that the City was able to provide recreational and social services to meet the needs of the Signal Hill residents. Normally the city hosts different events throughout the year, but in 2020 the focus was on keeping the community safe and healthy. SHP was recognized for tremendously expanding the food distribution program in 2020. Since March SHP provided volunteer support by organizing food distribution boxes and making deliveries twice a week.
