LBBJ: Oil and Gas Focus 2019

The Long Beach Business Journal recently published an article discussing how the diversity within the oil and gas industry, as well as the various new technologies and policies created, have made a great impact on the future. Dave Slater, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, was interviewed on the numerous jobs the oil and gas industry provides, and how the industry is stabilizing and preparing for the future. Slater states to the Business Journal:  

“Attacking automotive emissions back in the 1980s made a huge difference in air quality in L.A., and now regulators are looking more at smaller potential sources,” Slater said. “That’s assisted us in understanding and operating a virtually leak-free system.”
