In times of crisis, such as the one we are currently battling, Signal Hill Petroleum never fails to support the Signal Hill and Long Beach communities. Yesterday afternoon, Signal Hill Petroleum’s Community Relations Manager, Alex Rothwell, presented a $1,000 check to The Salvation Army of Long Beach. This donation will go directly to purchasing the needed supplies such as food, diapers, and baby formula, for the hundreds of seniors, Veterans, and families that rely on The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army is a nonprofit organization that’s mission is to meet human needs without discrimination. They started in 1865 and they serve in 130 countries across the globe. Each year they help 23 million Americans and continuously provide for the less fortunate. The Salvation Army and its partners are working hard to ensure none of their neighbors get left behind due to COVID-19. Signal Hill Petroleum is proud partners with The Salvation Army and takes pride in giving back to the community when it is needed most.
