SHP Supports “Re-Envisioning East 7th Street”

Signal Hill Petroleum is proud to support the East 7^th Street Collaboration’s East 7^th Street Re-envisioning event.  The two day event took place on October 19^th and 20^th and was intended to inspire residents and businesses to begin to think of East 7^th Street in new ways.

I was fortunate enough to see firsthand the creative visions artist have for a revitalization of the businesses and residences in the area. Artists were invited to select one of 50 pre-selected buildings along the street and re-imagine its design as to what would best benefit the street’s improvement. Finished works were displayed in front of the physical building creating an Art Walk where viewers may stroll down the street and witness a vision of what East 7th Street could become in the future. I would like to thank the East 7th Street Collaboration for putting on an amazing event!
