The Signal Tribune recently published an article commemorating the 100th anniversary of the discovery of oil in Signal Hill. On June 23rd, 1921 Alamitos No. 1 first struck oil and is still producing to this day. Signal Hill Petroleum is excited to partner with the City of Signal Hill to celebrate this special anniversary.
